
J. Lawson Fancher (Co-Founder/Principal)
Prior to co-founding Peregrine in 2004, Lawson spent 26+ years in the upstream E&P business working for 4 public and private companies. Lawson joined Transworld Exploration and Production, Inc. as a senior executive in 1990 until being sold to Houston Exploration for $155MM in 2003. Prior to that, Lawson spent 6 years at Mark Producing focusing on the Gulf of Mexico. Lawson began his career at Shell Oil Company in 1978.
Received BS in Chemical Engineering from Mississippi State University and has 42+ years of reservoir engineering, asset evaluation, and exploitation experience

Timothy A. Austin (VP-Business Development & Land/Equity Owner)
Mr. Austin joined the Company in early 2010. Prior to joining Peregrine, he worked 29+ years for several major and independent E&P companies, including Ventum Energy (Peak/Old World), Grand Gulf Energy, Torch Energy Advisors (Capital Mkts) and Occidental Petroleum. He began his career with Northstar Drilling (Exxon/Western) in 1978.
Throughout his career, Mr. Austin has been focused on business development, exploration, and exploitation. He has directly participated in over 125 transactions aggregating more than $3 billion in assets.
He received a BBA in Petroleum Land Management (PLM) from the University of Texas at Austin and has 41+ years of land management, contracts negotiation, and asset rationalization

Terrell M. Lanier (Chief Financial Officer)
Prior to joining Peregrine in 2016, Terry worked for various medium-sized oil and gas production companies as CFO and Controller, one of which was sold in 2013 for $375MM.
Also in his career, Terry has time spent as CFO and Controller for several oil and gas service companies including publicly traded R&B Falcon Drilling Company.
He received a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and has 42 years of oil and gas, energy services financial accounting and operations experience.
